Anatolian Farmers' Council 2025 Rights-Based Policy Report
The Anatolian Farmers' Council's assessment of 2025 agricultural policy through producers' rights to a decent income, predictability, protection from risk, participation and transparency. It draws on the Agricultural Policy Monitoring Report and a thematic analysis of written parliamentary questions, finding 254 questions on agriculture but none on precision farming or smart irrigation. It sets out seven policy recommendations and five advocacy priorities; an annex reviews parliamentary questions, the agenda of the parliamentary agriculture committee and the 2025 budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
